As president and founder of Berich, LLC, Richard Chaptini began his professional career after graduating in business from Universite St. Joseph in Beirut, Lebanon.Over his life, Richard worked, lived and studied in the Middle East, Europe and North America which contributed to a diversified professional career over many years in international business and cultural advisor.Richard’s field experience paired with his analytical personality and intellectual competence provides the company with mature insights highly respected in the community and sought out at business and social levels.Richard continues to serve the community as a cultural advisor for large organizations and lectures on Middle Eastern culture and Non Verbal Communication.
Richard’s 25 years of professional experience stems from international sales and business development, collaborative cross-cultural training and research projects and strategic business planning.He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French and speaks good Italian and Spanish. has developed the “Tri-dimensional politics” theory and in the process of developing the “opacity index.” Both his theory and index proved to be key elements in human interaction across cultures. Richard’s interests include international travel, developing his understanding of other cultures, socializing, swimming and reading.

Eddie has extensive and diverse business experience in technology ranging from technical support to project management. Prior to becoming President and CEO of EJJE Inc., he worked in senior positions with Nortel Networks as a Certified Support Specialist for more than 10 years. Using his vast experience in network and systems integration, Eddie’s diplomatic leadership has empowered diverse groups to achieve common goals. He is an innovative and industrious achiever with a highly creative and detail oriented mind.
Eddie’s enthusiasm for sports led him to play the 17th Mundial in China in 1985 as part of the Nigerian National Team winning against Germany. He is a former English Premier League soccer player in England and Italy. He is a member of the FIFA U17 world cup winning squad. Eddie lives in Lutz, Florida and is the father of two children.
Alex Bokde is from a small group of Americans that has lived and worked much of his life as an expatriate and is an expert in bridging cultures to get business done. He has lived abroad in South America, China , Europe and the Middle East and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, Spanish and is conversationale in German and Portuguese. As a cross cultural consultant, Alex supports those who need professional level English language editing, and has served as the vital link between many Chinese and American organizations who wish to collaborate. From 2004 - 2007, Alex led a company based in California with business units in direct import retail and cross cultural communication consulting. For several years before that, Alex was involved with several business and nonprofit activities in support of third world nation development and rural education. Alex graduated in 2002 from the University of California at Los Angeles with a degree in Chinese summa cum laude and received an MBA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in 2006. As a professional, Alex works in the energy industry and also operates a financial planning business, both in California. Alex enjoys reading and public speaking as well as outdoor activities.
